My Poor Sore Feet ... Are Getting Better!
I tried a friend's Tens Unit first, so I did not order this with much fear. The price is EXTREMELY resasonable, and it works GREAT! I apply the sticky pads hooked up to the machine, to the beginning and end of my pain, (on both my feet), and leave it on for 30 minutes. You can operate it at different frequency (strength) levels, and make it "pulse" or "continuous". I highly recommend ... I put it on each night, when I went to bed ... within 3 or 4 days, my aching feet were 90% improved.

Comparable to professional equipment
I have used two different profession grade Tens units throughout my physical therapy from knee surgery (acl reconstruction and medial meniscus repair) and this device packs the same power as the professional equipment. You can get full muscle contraction muscle rehab or use it to help with pain. It was well worth every penny and would have paid more for it had I known how well it would work compared to the commercial equipment.
It's OK...
It definitely relieves the pain and tension in my neck, but only very temporarily..The pain returned for me shortly after I removed it. Also, I would also strongly recommend getting larger electrodes to cover a larger area of pain as others have suggested on here.. but great price for a tens unit...
Third Purchase
This unit works fantastic. Bought one for myself at $32.00 and was very pleased with the price. A friend needed a unit and I purchased one for him and it was only $30.00. Now I just ordered a third for another friend and the price was now only $28.00 with free delivery on all three units. This most recent order was to replace a different unit that my friend had purchased from her chiropractor at a "special discount price" of $79.00, and it was not nearly as efficient as the LG-3000. I highly recommend this unit and the price is fantastic through amazon.com.
